Terms of service

The service

ficasi lets founders fund campaigns for original work and lets creators submit that work for review and rewards. We hold campaign budgets in escrow and record every movement of funds on an internal ledger.

Accounts

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.

Campaigns and rewards

• Campaigns must follow the campaign guidelines and X's rules. We may reject, pause or close any campaign.
• Rewards are earned only when a submission is approved. Approvals are final except through the appeal process.
• Rewards obtained through fraud, duplicate accounts or rule violations may be reversed.

Payouts

Withdrawals are sent in USDT to the wallet and network you provide. Transfers on the wrong network can't be recovered. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in your wallet.

Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive or campaigns you fund.
